This affiliation enhances consulting, analytics, and benefit and investment expertise.

Jake Bosacki, JD, FSRI

Jacob Bosacki is a Co-founder and Managing Partner of Institutional Architects. He helps organizations develop, implement, and maintain executive compensation and benefit strategies that restore, reward and retain top talent.

Prior to co-founding Institutional Architects, Jake led the corporate practice of a national executive benefits firm. Throughout his career he has served multiple Fortune 100 organizations as an attorney or technical director, including JP Morgan, Northwestern Mutual and Nationwide Financial. Jake also leads corporate programs for TriAlpha Capital.

Jake holds a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a juris doctorate from Marquette University School of Law. He is also a Fellow of the Secure Retirement Institute.
